Fit4Life's signature program Youth Educational Advancement Redefined by Sport (Y.E.A.R.S.) is designed to use sport as a conduit to educate student-athletes, coaches and parents about the importance of sport in helping shape and mold young people. Although winning is important and competing is fun, the life lessons afforded by participating in sport are beyond priceless.

Red Zone Youth Passing League is a 7on passing league for athletes ages 11-17. Athletes are taught the basics of offensive and defensive skills as it pertains to football's ever-changing passing game. Athletes are taught in "chalk talk" format to begin, and then progress to the field to physically perform the skills learned in the classroom.
Relentless Sports is a training academy that is specific to plyometrics, core, explosion and speed development. With a rigorous training regimen, Relentless is sure to challenge even the most advanced athletes!
Precise Dominance is one of the first lineman ONLY football camps. Lineman learn the best techniques for executing different types of blocks, basic blocking schemes, pass protection, defensive run stopping techniques and pass rush techniques... understanding that controlling the line of scrimmage controls the game itself!
Youth Educational Advancement Redefined by Sport™(Y.E.A.R.S.) is a curriculum designed to capture the attention of coaches, parents and athletes in an attempt to educate them about the importance of sport… not just in terms of wins and losses, but rather the important developmental components that are taught (or should be taught) by those who mentor. Ultimately sport is about having fun and enjoying the moment. Specific points in the YEARS™ curriculum overlap such as: communication and fun. These points are critical for not only the sport experience, but ultimately for the development of young people into productive, contributing members of society.
Relentless Power provides an opportunity for athletes to receive an intro into the world of weight training. Athletes should be aware of the "how's" and "why's" as it pertains to lifting as well as how to safely navigate in a strength training environment. Athletes are taught proper lifting and breathing techniques as well as specific lifts to increase strength, power and explosion. Relentless Power is a must for any athlete who is serious about competing at a higher level.
