Let's face it; working out isn't always fun... as a matter of fact in some cases working out can be down right painful! Fit4Life has managed to create an environment that is safe, exciting and fun for young people to achieve and maintain their fitness goals. Fit4Life has researched the required ingredients and come up with a formula that will light not only a competitive fire for all of its programs' participants but will also educate them about life and future decision making!

 

With fitness, education and fun being the top priorities for Fit4Life, we have developed specific programming that are sure to excite our attendees. Our focus has been to come up with fun, yet challenging programs that will allow participants to not only push themselves individually, but to also encourage hard work, accountability, discipline and develop a positive self image.

 

Fit4Life's signature program Youth Educational Advancement Redefined by Sport (Y.E.A.R.S.) is designed to use sport as a conduit to educate student-athletes, coaches and parents about the importance of sport in helping shape and mold young people. Although winning is important and competing is fun, the life lessons afforded by participating in sport are beyond priceless.

 

Fit4Life programs boast an incredibly professional staff that is knowledgeable, supportive and capable of helping participants achieve their personal goals. With over 50 years of cumulative coaching and mentoring experience our staff is second to none.
